Free Developer Tools
Developer and security tools that run locally: format and validate JSON, encode Base64, and generate strong passwords.
- FormatBeautify, minify and validate JSON with exact errors.
- EncodeBase64 text and files with full UTF-8.
- SecureRandom passwords from a cryptographic generator.
Why local processing matters for developers
JSON responses, tokens and config files often contain API keys, emails and customer data. Pasting them into a random website means trusting that site with all of it. These tools use your browser's built in engines, so the data never leaves your machine, and they keep working offline once the page has loaded.
Honest, standard behaviour
The JSON formatter uses the browser's own JSON parser, so if it says valid, your code will agree. The password generator uses the Web Crypto API with unbiased sampling, the same source browsers use for encryption keys. No shortcuts, no tracking.
When to use each tool
Use the JSON formatter when an API response or config file will not parse, or when you need to read a long single line response. Use Base64 for inline images, authentication headers and decoding tokens you are allowed to inspect. Use the password generator whenever you create an account, a database user or a Wi-Fi network, and save the result in a password manager.
