Sometimes the problem is not the size of an image but its format. A form that only accepts JPG, a design app that wants PNG, or a website that loads faster with WebP. This converter switches formats in seconds and handles up to 20 files at once.

When to use it
Opening WebP downloads
Images saved from websites are often WebP, which some older apps and editors cannot open. Convert them to JPG or PNG.
Meeting upload rules
Many forms accept only JPG. Convert screenshots and PNG scans before you upload them.
Faster web pages
Converting large PNG photos or JPGs to WebP often makes them noticeably smaller with similar quality.
Keeping sharp graphics
Logos and screenshots saved as JPG can get blurry halos around text. PNG keeps those edges clean.
Which format is right for you?
Use JPG for photos you need to send or upload anywhere, because every app and form accepts it. Use PNG for screenshots, logos and graphics with transparency or sharp text. Use WebP for websites, where smaller files load faster.
Does converting change the quality?
Converting to PNG is lossless, so nothing is lost, but photos saved as PNG are often much larger. Converting to JPG or WebP uses compression, so a quality of 85 to 92 keeps photos looking the same while keeping files reasonable.
Converting a JPG to PNG does not restore detail that the JPG already lost. It only stops further loss.
Frequently asked questions
How do I convert WebP to JPG?
Add your WebP files, choose JPG as the output and download. You can convert up to 20 files at once and save them as a single ZIP.
Is PNG better quality than JPG?
PNG is lossless, so it keeps every pixel exactly, which is ideal for text and graphics. For photos, a high quality JPG looks the same to the eye at a much smaller size.
Why does my transparent PNG get a background in JPG?
JPG has no transparency. The tool fills transparent areas with the background color you pick, which is white by default.
Can I convert images to WebP on my phone?
Yes, in most modern mobile browsers. If your browser cannot create WebP files, the WebP option is hidden and you can use JPG or PNG instead.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Conversion happens inside your browser. Your images never leave your device.
Does it keep the original dimensions?
Yes. The converter only changes the format. Use the Image Resizer if you also want to change the size.
